Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 / 06 / 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voyanti website, dashboard, alerts, messaging assistants (including on WhatsApp, Slack, and email), and related services (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Voyanti Tech, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Voyanti,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, or by opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organization.

01Important safety notice — please read first

Voyanti is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for emergency services, professional medical, security, legal, or evacuation providers. In any emergency, you must first contact local emergency services (such as police, ambulance, or fire) and follow the instructions of local authorities, your employer, airlines, and consulates.

The Services provide informational risk intelligence, guidance, and coordination support. They do not guarantee your safety, the prevention of harm, the accuracy of any risk assessment, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions and judgment at all times.

02Who we are and what the Services do

Voyanti is an AI-powered travel risk management and safety intelligence platform. The Services may include real-time risk alerts and briefings, itinerary and destination monitoring, policy-aware guidance, conversational assistance through messaging channels, dashboards and reporting for organizations, and coordination of access to a network of independent third-party operational and response providers.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features of the Services at any time.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit their use by children.

04Accounts and organization access

Many users reach Voyanti through an employer or organization. Where an organization provides your access, that organization is responsible for managing your use, configuring the Services, and complying with applicable law, and its own agreement with us and its own policies also apply. Authorized administrators at that organization may be able to view travel and safety-related information about you for duty-of-care purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@voyanti.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

05Messaging and WhatsApp / Slack communications

We may communicate with you through the WhatsApp Business Platform, Slack, email, and similar channels.

  • You must opt in to receive WhatsApp / Slack messages from Voyanti. By opting in, you consent to receive messages such as travel alerts, risk briefings and notifications, itinerary updates, safety checks, escalation notices, and support communications, which may be delivered using approved message templates.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP,” “unsubscribe,” or “opt out,” or by using any provided opt-out option. We will honor opt-out requests. Opting out may limit or disable safety-related features of the Services.
  • Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  • Your use of WhatsApp, Slack, and other third-party messaging platforms is also governed by those platforms’ own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or their handling of your information under their own terms.

06AI-generated content

The Services use artificial intelligence and automated systems to process travel-related questions, itinerary context, risk signals, and safety intelligence, and to generate alerts, recommendations, summaries, and briefings.

AI outputs are informational and risk-supportive only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your specific situation, and they are not legal, medical, security, or emergency advice. You should always verify important information independently and follow official guidance from local authorities and emergency services. Human review may occur for support, safety escalation, quality assurance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

07Third-party providers and response partners

Voyanti helps coordinate access to a vetted network of independent third-party operational, medical, security, transportation, evacuation, and response providers. Voyanti does not itself provide emergency, medical, security, evacuation, or rescue services. Those services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible or liable for their acts, omissions, availability, or the quality or outcome of any services they provide.

The Services may also rely on or link to third-party data sources, infrastructure, and platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party platform rule (including WhatsApp, Slack, and Meta policies);
  • send spam, unsolicited, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful communications through the Services;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Services or related systems;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy the Services except as permitted by law;
  • misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organization or individual;
  • use the Services to collect or process personal information without a lawful basis or required consent; or
  • use the Services in any way that could harm Voyanti, other users, or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access for any actual or suspected violation.

09Fees

Some Services may be offered free of charge, on a trial, early-access, or paid subscription basis. Where fees apply, they will be described in a separate order, subscription plan, or agreement, and those commercial terms form part of these Terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

10Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, text, graphics, logos, and the “Voyanti” name and marks, are owned by Voyanti or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You retain rights to content and information you provide; you grant us a license to use it to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to provide them to you and your organization, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information, including information processed through WhatsApp, Slack, and other messaging channels. By using the Services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

12Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any risk information, alert, or recommendation is accurate, complete, or current.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyanti and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for personal injury or death except where it cannot be excluded by law, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyanti's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services and these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Voyanti for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyanti and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from Voyanti's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

15Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, risk to the Services or other users, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17) will survive.

16Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

17General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable order or subscription agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Voyanti regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or restructuring. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

18Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
